Shipping & Delivery
Effective 1 May 2026
This page describes how Law1 (https://law1.in) delivers what you buy. Some payment checkouts ask for a shipping URL even when nothing is posted. We sell a digital service only.
The contracting party is LAWONE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (we, us, Law1). Registered office: 2nd Floor, A417, Lane 4, Road no 28, Ramnagar, Wagle Estate, MH, 400604, India. CIN: U58122MR2026PTC481366.
The Org is the billing entity. Only the Owner may start checkout. Members inherit the Org’s entitlements. They do not hold a separate retail subscription.
1. No physical goods
We do not sell physical goods. There is no courier, no warehouse dispatch, no cash on delivery, no tracking number, and no shipping address for parcels. We do not collect an address in order to post anything.
There is no return-shipping cost, because nothing is posted.
Credit packs and digital books (or other digital add-ons we offer) are also delivered as entitlements in the product. They are not posted.
The Owner still gives a billing profile — legal name, address, and Indian state — for GST. That is not a parcel address.
Cancel, refund, and lapse are only on Refund & Cancellation. This page is not a second money policy.
2. How we deliver
What you buy is the Org’s entitlement — access to the Law1 research service (a tier, named seats, content grants, included view and PDF pools, prepaid credits, and any digital add-on the Owner buys).
We grant that entitlement in the product:
- after a successful payment; or
- when we grant a Trial or Free entitlement, as shown in the product and on Pricing.
Delivery is typically immediate after we confirm the payment. Confirmation can take a short time. We do not promise a delivery time in hours. There is no delivery service-level agreement.
3. When delivery is complete — and when it is not
Delivery is complete when the Org’s entitlement is available in the product for that Org’s entitled Users.
If a payment fails, we deliver nothing. The catalogue does not change. A mid-cycle change takes effect only after the additional charge shown at checkout succeeds. If that charge fails, the catalogue does not change. See Refund & Cancellation.
4. GST place of supply
Law1 is an India GST supply of a digital service by an Indian company to Indian Orgs.
Place of supply is the Org’s Indian state on the billing profile.
Taxable charges attract 18% GST. If the Org’s Indian state is the same as our merchant state, that 18% is CGST and SGST equally. If it is a different Indian state, that 18% is IGST.
The Owner must give a legal name, address, and Indian state before any chargeable checkout. GSTIN is optional. Tax invoices are issued through Zoho Books. Invoices, collector receipts, cancel, and refund are on Refund & Cancellation.
5. If you cannot get access
If payment succeeded but the Org still cannot use what it bought, write to [email protected] or use Contact. Say you are the Owner and name the Org.
There is no support or delivery-time service-level agreement. We do not offer service credits.
For a statutory grievance, use Grievance officer. We do not use a separate grievance@ address.
